I am 58 years male healthy but now have sugar fasting 100-130 and pp 200-220 I have been advised cetapin 500 mg 3 times and is it ok after medicine it remains so it has been now 6 months what further treatment is required.

If this is your sugar level while taking the medicine for 6 months, then your medicine needs to be reviewed/changed. However, if you have just started the medicines, you must wait for a month or so before repeating the tests. Also, get a test called as hba1c done. It will give a better idea about sugar control.
