I am 27 year old and I am pregnant and today 12 weeks completed but from last days I am feeling little watery discharge (not exactly discharge in urine )but wetness at panty .i am taking folic acid and doxinate tablet for vomit .doctor is there any serious issue this watery discharge on panty .please suggest.
