I have pain on my testicle in one side only and there is swelling on it. Pain while touching.

Hello- Swollen testicles or swelling of the scrotum can result from testicular torsion (a medical emergency) , inflammation of the testicle (orchitis) or epididymis etc. It may be one-sided or bilateral and may or may not be accompanied by pain and other symptoms. Its best to go for an ultrasound immediately.
