Respected sir, my father rkb 80 years. His brain mri found suprasellar mass lesion appears benign, 3�3�2.5 cm. During last 40 days, 5 times in different occasion he lost his walking balance. Now normal. Doing his own work 4 months back first time sugar bp detected, but now normal. Taking for bp telmikindam 1no//for sugar metformin 500 mg 1no.//colihenz p 400 -2 nos/eptoin 100 3 times/day. Till now he doesn't know result of mri. Now q1) is surgery necessary at this age 80 to remove benign? Q2) post surgery complication? During surgery anesthesia will match? Q3) any advanced medicines injections for him so that rest of life can be maintained without surgery. Growth of mass will stop? On administration of any injections or tablets?
