Hello Doctor, I developed red scar like ulcer under my penis foreskin. It's underneath the head of the penis. It's painful to retract the foreskin. I have swelling of lymph nodes on either side of the groin, with pain when touched. There is no pus flow in the penis. I am able to urinate without any problem, but its burning on the penis head. I got blood test and absolute lymphocyte count is high (3.53). I developed a stye inside the upper lid of my left eye (now in the right eye). It's paining and having a burning sensation. I?m feeling dull and weak. Have flu too. Is it a yeast infection or any std? I am concerned. I have a history of bacterial infections recurring. Please guide me.

You can have a fungal infection of the glans penis and need to check up for comments. You may need to conduct a microscopy test.
