Urine pregnancy test should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test.

Today is 20 may and june will decide if you are pregnant after skipping the period. After 13 days of period, 7 th may, blood test for beta hcg may not be positive as this test is positive only after conception which is around day 14 th of the cycle feeling heavy in stomach can be due to various reasons including infections in foodpipe or kidneys get ultrasound done get back here with reports for more guidance I don't want to suggest deworming to help you because these medicines are toxic to fetus in case you get pregnant during the cycle.
