For anyone it is always combination of dieting and exercises. While reducing dieting is must later only exercises. Principles of dieting in losing weight are more protein, and low carbohydrate and low fat (Omega-6) but to maintain proper intake of vitamins, minerals, Omega-3, After 6 in the evening to avoid carbs and take protein+fibre. May consult Dietician or may coontact me for ready made protein+fibre
