For moderate bph I was taking urimax d since 5 years, o k, one doctor told as I age it shrinks, hence I stopped urimax d for 3 months now I am experiencing difficulty urination, I have restarted urimax d since one month, but no relief, what to do I read that after continuous taking of urimax d for a very long time, I will get relief is it true, ok respected doctors kindly enlighten.

Continue it for some more weeks. If you do not get requisite relief, then get a urodynamic study (from a urologist) to guide further line of management, which maybe a surgical intervention.
