Cyst has developed in Scrotum(in size of pea( matar) when pressed painful. Please advise.

Dear Cyst of small size in the skin of scrotum if not painful should not be operated. If it gets infected then initially be treated like any skin abscess. If it increase in size to produce discomfort then only they should be operated.
