This is regarding the external hemorrhoids. I am been administered by ayurvedic medicines for external haemorrhoids. What is observed no swelling through out the day but when you rise from the bed there is a swelling and also a little bit of burning sensation. I am applying oxerute cream and sometimes pylsact ointment. Why does it swell in the morning and throughout the day absolute zero swelling, are these symptoms common, does it mean the piles are cured? How to eliminate the above. Please advise.

Does the hemorrhoids go in on pushing. Or not. Surgery is the answer for both. If they go in. They're gr 3 & choice of surgery is. Miph. (stapled hemorrhoidectomy) &. If not. It's gr 4. It's conventional surgery. Medicines have no role. They only act in gr1 & gr2.
