Recently I have done some tests on spirometry, cbc, ige serum, all these appeared well except ige serum. It was 201 iu/ml. My physical illness is chronic dyspnea. Doctor suggest to take 1.desloratadine,2.montelukast 3.nasal spray. Is it anything about allergic rhinitis or others?

It appears you are being treated for allergic rhinitis. Since total s. Ige level also appears to be on a higher side, it is advisable that you undergo allergy skin prick test to identify the allergies for avoidance and exploring the possibility of immunotherapy.
