I am having pain in my jaw area, neck and shoulder region and also headache over temples. I feel like all my facial muscles are tensed tightly becoz of which i'm not able to sit long enough for studying. I was diagnosed with tmj 9 months back. My dentist had given me a mouth plate to wear but it has not relived my pain please guide me. Whom should I consult now.
