Hi, Yes its okay but remember if you are overweight. Weight reduction, proper sleep pattern & life style is the 1st and foremost for pcod.

Hello. Long term management of pcos is lifestyle modification which includes weight reduction, daily exercises, brisk walk daily for 30 min, taking small meals at regular intervals and avoiding high calorie food. Normoz is an insulin sensitiser and is prescribed to correct insulin resistance which is often present in pcos. If you have associated features of increased androgen levels like acne, increased facial hair growth etc than ginette 35 may also be used simultaneously.
