I am a 26 years male from bangalore. I had unprotected oral and protected vaginal sex in bangkok 7 months ago. I am having numerous symptoms of hiv for the last 4-5 months like 1. Body pain severe 2. Oral thrush 3. Liver and spleen pain 4. Sinus pain 5. Groin and inner thigh pain I have done many tests as follows 1. 3rd gen elisa 21 days and 2.5 months negative 2. 4th gen elisa 3, 4 and 6 months negative 3. Hiv-1 provera dna 1 month and 6 month negative 4. Hiv-1 rna rt-pcr 3 months negative 5. Hiv-2 rna rt-pcr 3 months and 6 months negative 6. Hiv-1 western blot 24 days and 2.5 months indeterminate with p24 band detected I have also done tests for other stds all were negative except hsv 1/2 igg and chlamydia igm and chlamydia was treated with doxycycline I have consulted with 2 doctors both have said I am hiv free but I am worried due to the symptoms and indeterminate western blot. My questions are 1. If I have hiv what test can confirm it 2. Is ifa test available in india 3. If I am hiv free why I am having all these symptoms for so long please help me.
