Fissure is healed but having a sentinel pile. Constipation is there and blood comes during bowl movement. And afterwards pain and spasm. Does surgery required. Having a 7 months baby.

As long as the sentinel pile will remain there; it will not allow the fissure to heal completely. It will continue reappearing every now and then.
