I have been lifting weights in the gym for last 7 years. But recently when I started lifting again after a break, I had a pain in my lower abdomen, which on observation looked like a soft swelling about 2 inches above my penis on the left. It has been a few days now, the pain is gone, but the swelling is still there. I hurts a little only when I push to poop, and it somewhat disappears briefly when I get up in the morning. Could this be hernia, or some gas?
