I have been diagnosed with pernicious anemia 3 years and have been on treatment since then (vitcofol injections once a month + folic acid tablets daily for lifelong). For food, what are the three must have in my diet? Is a pure veg diet harmful for this? What are the foods I should particularly avoid?
