Hi my daughter is 12 months now, as she is taking solid food so some time she's having constipation kind of something I want to know that goodwars gripe water is good of her or not is gripe water is safe?

Hello lybrate-user. The gripe water is not useful for constipation. And it is also not a healthy product. I suggest you to take proper homoeopathic treatment to cure constipation if it has become regular. Otherwise occasional irregularities are common. You can give bryonia alba 30.
