My mother she is suffering from fungal pneumonia and mycobacterium other than tuberculosis diagnosed 7 months ago since then she is been treated with claribrid and benadon 40 and combutol and r change her condition improved gradually and her x rays got better and she started maintaining spo2 at 98. 4-5 days ago I happen to observe her saturation level while she was sleeping and I observed that her saturation was 97 while sleeping on side and when she was sleeping straight I happen to observe a fall in saturation levels. That it drop to 92-93 and then rise again. This is really making me anxious and need to check her saturation levels again and again. She is maintaining it at 97-98 while sitting. Then why does it drop in sleep? Is it dangerous? What do we do now. I am really worried. Please help.
