I am married for 5 years. Have hypothyroidism since 2006 (taking thyronorm 62.5), pcod and block in right fallopian tube. Have been taking ovulation induction medicine s for past 2 cycles. This cycle took letrozole 2 .5 mg twice a day (from day 2 to day 6) and persinal 75iu on 3,4,5, the day. For the past two cycles and this cycle too eggs are maturing only on the right side. I am taking above medication only for past 3cycles cycles. What could be the reason for only right side eggs getting stimulated and not the left side eggs? Should I try iui when I have right side fallopian tube blocked?

Hello.. With one patent and one blocked tube you may opt for IUI for 3 to 4 cycles and if you conceive than fine otherwise go for IVF..
