Patient is on lithosun 400 mg, twice daily & dicorate 1gm, but from past two days showing slight symptoms of slight symptoms of irritability, can olimelt be given? It was prescribed earlier. Thanks.

From the medications, the patient seems to have been stable with a bipolar disorder. It also seems like you know that the medications lithosun 400 mg twice daily and dicorate 1 gm, have been working as well.
