I am travelling to Kedarnath with my parents 71 and 70 years old, wife 35 years and daughter 20 months old. For altitude sickness prevention I've heard of diamox and a homeopathic medicine coca besides using camphor. Please advise if these are good choices for my parents and daughter as well. What should be the dosage?
