I've had vitamin d levels at 8 ng/ml, vitamin b12 levels at 194pg/ml and serum calcium at 10. 9 mg/dl. My physician administered 6l units of arachitol im and prescribed tayo 60k weekly for 12 weeks and nurokind plus also for 3 months. Initially, I felt better but after a month I started feeling weakness in legs & arms while having a bit of balance disorder. I checked with a neurologist and said that it is due to b12 deficiency and i'd have to continue nurokind plus longer to get rid of symptoms. My question is, before blood test, I didn't have this much weakness and I only faced it after a month of medication. Is it the case that symptoms initially worsen before getting better? Another thing, how much time will it take to recover completely? Do I need to keep taking maintenance dose for longer than 3 months?

No, it is not like that. The nutritional supplements alone will never solve the problems. For that, you have to take treatment to cure it of the roots. The actual cause of weakness. You can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment.
