Is hyospan forte (20 mg) good for stomach pain? My dad has extreme stomach pain due to kidney stone. So should he take this tablet or not?

Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned please take [MOPANT-N]every 8 hours for pain,as his pain is due to kidney stone so do an ultrasound now to know the location and size of stone ,if stone size is greater than 6mm then he will need endoscopic surgical procedure and if it is less than 6 mm then try conservative treatment like drinking more than 3 liters of water and add [FLODART SR tab-400mcg] once a day until stone comes out. Hope that helps
