I had sex with my girlfriend a month ago and couldn't get an erection. However, on that day, I had masturbated 9 hours before sex, slept only 2 hours and had walked for approximately 30-35 mins under the sun to reach my girlfriend's house (which might have dehydrated my body). I also want to include that I have been masturbating to porn since 5 years so porn, masturbation might be the problem for me. However, after that day, I quit porn and masturbation and after 4 weeks I have noticed the following results: 1. Frequent morning erections as compared to before. 2. I can achieve erection without looking at porn, just by touching the upper part of my body. 3. In the last month, i've gotten hard 7-8 times by just looking at a semi-nude pic of my girlfriend and 4-5 times by imagination about my girlfriend sexually. 4. My penis feels longer and heavier as compared to the times when I used to masturbate. It feels more "loaded" than before. So my question is simple: do I have erectile dysfunction or was the erection problem just due to events on that day? If I have erectile dysfunction, what do you think about my recovery looking at the points mentioned above? Am I recovered or is there still time?

You have no erectile dysfunction and the increased frequency of erection is normal as you are not ejaculating by masturbation. Your normal body functions are being viewed as diseases by you. There was no problem to recover as you said. You are perfectly normal
