I have regular sex with strangers, while I ensure I use condoms, is there any treatment available to proactively avoid getting hiv infection?

There is something like lost-exposure prophylactic treatment with drugs when one is sure that one is exposed to hiv positive. As drugs also have side effects they are taken only under such circumstances.
