Hi doctor. good day to you. My girl baby was born on 14th may 2019. This is my first baby my baby was born on 14 days before delivery date i, e eod is 28th may 2019 weight is 2.250 kg & discharge weight was 2.090 kg.now 2.2 kg only. My breast milk was very low. Even on the delivery date night, I had no breast milk. after that breast milk increased but sufficient milk is not produce so that my feeding time consumes around 2 to 3 hrs. I had no feel about when my breast filled with milk and even after feeding I had no feel abt my breast is emptied or not. When I pressed my breast it shows leakage by spray from 2 or 3 pores. So that oly I know some milk is there. Doctor prescribed to lactare tablet for 1 week after 15th may and stopped after 1 week. And diet I am taking non-veg for everyday, if no non- veg at least I take 1egg. And I am taking 2ltr milk /day. My wish was I want serve breast milk for my baby at least 6 month. Please prescribe me how to increase my breast milk natural food?&please suggest schedule?

Good afternoon. as long as the baby is not crying. Probably you have enough secretion. Feed one breast at a time. To increase the milk, drink plenty of water as well. Eat almonds, garlic, fenugreek, black gram, leafy vegetables, include drumstick leaves. But all are harmless. Add dates, other dry fruits & wheat.

Hi. Kindly take atleast 3 litres of water per day and also other liquids like milk and juices. Take green vegetables and seasonal fruits.

Naturally you can increase breast milk if baby suck well... by food you need to search "moringa" and other nutritious food .Hope it helps!
