Hello Dr. I am pregnant by 23 week I have been found gestational diabetes 98 in basal then 191 after 2 hours Dr. prescribed me 1000 mg metformin 2 times a day the problem is m suffering from diarrhea loose motions specially after eating anything Dr. prescribed sporlac metrogyl 400 mg taken lots of medicine at that time it is been cured then after a day or two same problem of loose motions please help me regarding metformin may be I'm not able to digest it or what? I am pregnant so more worried with this medicine due to tsh 4.3 m taking thyroxine 25 mg and due placenta 2 cm from os m taking sustain 2 times a day what should I do control all this a pregnant women should get nutritional food but m not able to digest whatever I eat please help as my gynecologist told me medicine Dr. Can help regarding indigestion if any of metformin not me get admitted to hospital really worried please help.
