I am suffering from ibd (irritable bowel disease) since last 7/8 years. At present taking allopathy medicine colospa x & ganaton total. Excessive gas, blotting of gas in abdomen & constipation sometimes. Trying for homeopathy also. Like okubaka q, anacardium 30 & club moss 30. I have stress & tensions in my life. I usually go to sleep at night 3 am. I use to take isabgul husk regularly. I have got blood pressure also since last 7/8 months & taking medicine telma h 80 at present. Ecg done. It?s normal.
