I am 48 years lady. My sugar is 192 & 285. As per the advice I am taking following medicines :- metsmall 500 1 morning 1 evening, forxiga 10 mg in morning, human mixtard injection 20 morning &12 evening and nervup in morning. I am also suffering from retinopathy. Kindly advice me how to control my sugar.

Thanks for the Query. Your blood sugar needs to be controlled well as you have complications already. For this either you increase the dose of Insulin gradually by 2 units each time or else you can try adding a Gliptin. Also Do let me know your Serum Creatinine.
