Both ovaries show multiple tiny cysts with echogenic stroma. My right ovary 10. 8 cc left ovary 6.6 cc I scanned 20th day of my cycle. Endometrium thickness is 10 mm no dominant follicle. Depend on endometrial thickness what is the phase of egg how I know ovulation happened or not. And what is difference between central echogenic stroma and echogenic stroma.
