I am suffering from diabetes and sugar level is usually 255 or 258 fasting I am taking diapride m2 and zomelismet 1-1 in day and zomelismet only 1 after dinner what is better option to keep sugar level control or its complete ok.

Sryto say blood sugars are very high. Fasting blood sugar level should be 100. You have uncontrolled values. Revised your medications. Consult to diabetologist. Do diet control and exercise.
