Hello. I have pain in glans penis and tip of penis since 5 days. It is more when I pull nd push foreskin to see glans penis. Nd after urination. Whole day pain is mild. Also urge to urinate. I visit to general surgeon 3 days ago. He examine my glans penis nd says it's normal. He also done usg of abdomen nd it is also normal. The urine report is also normal. He said it is due to dehydration. And advice to take more water nd prescribed diclofenac. I take it for 3 days but no relief. Sir please help me. What should I do?

Dear user. Penile pain could be due to infections or inflammation of the bladder or prostate can also result in penile pain. Trauma, persistent erection (priapism), cancers, and peyronie's disease (the development of scar tissue within the penis) are other causes. Sickle cell anemia may cause priapism due to blockages of small blood vessels in the penis. I suggest you to consult a doctor for physical investigation. Take care.
