Hello doctor. I am female 31 years old. I am trying to conceive now. But my menstrual cycle is irregular. Sometimes it is 26 days. Sometimes it is 45 days. So doctor has advised me to take duphaston from 16th to 25th day. Using duphaston my cycle is very regular. But now I have a gr8 doubt as I am trying to conceive. If I take duphaston I get periods exactly. But will the ovulation be regular? Suppose my periods come on 45th day means my ovulation is 14 days before that date ie. 31 day is my ovulation. This is actual. So if I use duphaston does not my ovulation and menses overlap. I know that am thinking a lot. But I had to ask this doubt after a lot of questioning myself. Sorry and thank you.
