And have taken ayurvedic, homeopathic, and allopathic medicines as psyllium, kayam churn n tab, nature care, movicol, and so many laxatives but within a week medicines becomes in affective. I have also got transplanted my kidney in 2013. May I take pruvict 2 mg? Is this safe to me? Is there any interaction with tacrogaf, remodel, wysolone, thyronorm, rosuvas, febutar, ecosprin etc?

You have constipation and need to eat a high fibre diet and drink a lot of water. Eat fruits. You can take lactulose syrup 15 ml at night. It is safe and there is no interaction between the drugs you take.
