I got a grade 3 cat bite on rh finger on 2 am of 11th. 42 hours later, on 12th night, I took first vaccine, later second vaccine on 15th. I can see a small red bump on the bite and still a bit of pain, should I be worried about csd? Also my doctor suggested 1amp rabishield, but that cost about 2000, would you suggest me to go for the same or is it okay with five shots of rabipur? Thanks for your help. :)

Local infiltration of ready made human antibody does offer added protection at the site of bite. I don't know what to do if one can't afford. Try at some government facility and see if you are lucky. But despite if you take rabishield or not, let's important to complete rabies vaccination on schedule.

I would suggest go for it as there is no treatment for rabies if it occurs.

You should go with serum rabishield though it's costly but it should be given within 72 hours of bite for its effect. Along with 5 doses of rabipur.
