I recently had sex with my girlfriend. While having sex, I felt that she wasn't lubricated enough down there. But I still went with it. Now, the uppermost part of my foreskin (which is readily visible to the eyes) appears to be swollen. Although there is almost no pain or itching. Should I be worried or is this just due to the thrusting with a lack of lubrication? I am an uncircumcised male of 24 years age.

Hello- Yes, a rough vaginal surface can cause abrasion injury to both male and female if the act is performed forcefully. Your foreskin might have hurt due to the same. Its best to take some days off from sex and let it heal by itself. Take precaution by using lubrication from next time to avoid such accidents, and to make sex more pleasurable.
