I have gastritis problem last two to three months.(few days ago I had acute diarrhea but after take medicine now its okay). Last few weeks I unable to sleep at night and fell weak full day. I had diagnosis cervical spondylosis, tenosynovitis, calcific tendinitis in 7-8 months ago but after take medicine all symptoms and pain is gone and back to normal life but last one to two week again pain is start I fell very weak full day and unable to sleep full night.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
