I had chest pain in last three months I consult a doctor eco test and ecg taken by him as per ecg result he find that complete right bundle branch block. Its series or not? Can I go for treatment?

Bundle branch block is a condition in which there's a delay or blockage along the pathway that electrical impulses travel to make your heart beat. The delay or blockage can occur on the pathway that sends electrical impulses either to the left or the right side of the bottom chambers (ventricles) of your heart. A pacemaker helps regulate the heart's rhythm. For patients with both bundle branch block and dilated cardiomyopathy, a new type of pacing called cardiac resynchronization treatment (crt) may be used.
