Dry cough issue baby is 2 yrs7 months old please suggest I got ambroxl ls and tussin dmr. Which one should I give and what should be the quantity.

You can give tussin dmr for a dry cough. It seems the baby has an infection and the cough will be wet with sputum in a day or two when he will need expectorants.
