My wife is under dialysis and now she has stroke. Prior to kidney failure she had cabg done. Doctors say she can be discharged, but she still no mobilised. Is it ok to take her home. I also ready dialysis not recommended fort patients who have lung ort heart disease. Plse explain this.

You have got it wrong. Whether there is heart disease or not dialysis is needed if the kidney function is compromised. You can take her home and possibly get a home nurse or someone to care for her needs.
