You said your husband has ejaculation problem which is very unlikely and I feel you confidently and patiently keep trying and will find success. As the semen comes out in sleep called nightfall, there is no problem with his semen outflow. Be patient. There is a rare disease where there is no semen outflow whcih need to be checked if this trial is not helpful. Retrograde ejaculation occurs when semen enters the bladder instead of emerging through the penis during orgasm. Although you still reach sexual climax, you might ejaculate very little or no semen. This is sometimes called a dry orgasm.
