Morning. My problem is that for 2 days I have had pain in the lower abdomen side, I also have a roar in that same part and I have noticed that since a week ago my abdomen began to swell a little but the other symptoms I just mentioned came to me 2 days ago. Also 2 days ago I defecated a little soft and now I am defecating normal but I still have the same problem in my abdomen.

Flatulence or gas is common cause of this. More details are required to rule out other causes. If you continue to get pain and diarrhea then it is infection. Eat light and take probiotic drink. It will be ok.
