I have pcod and I tucked clomid 50 mg after I got ovulation so 1st day follicular study in 1st scan I got my right ovarian follicle size 27x22 mm left 10x9 mm but doctor gave hcg injection for follicles rupture but I dint get pregnant I got my periods why? What's will be reason for not getting pregnant. And please tell me after dis dose next what doctor suggest same dose they make it high.

Dominant follicle is mature enough to ovulate at 18-20 mm, if it enlarges much the quality of ovum decrease, in next cycle you can again monitor on day 3 of menses for any cystic follicle, if cystic follicle is there, you can give a break for treatment and plan in next cycle after consulting your doctor. Don't take stress just relax, and do yoga/meditation and relaxation exercises.
