My son (7 years old) having fever (temp. 101 to 101deg) from yesterday. Last night p250 syp 6 ml given 2 times. Fever not let down. Can I give th dolo650 half today. How many times will give per day. Today sunday doctor not available in our area. Pls suggest me sir.
