Tacrolimus ointment helps reduce inflammatory skin reactions. It is prescribed for people with moderate-to-severe eczema, usually as an alternative to other treatments such as steroid creams or ointments. It is applied topically (on to the skin) to reduce symptoms such as inflammation, redness and itching. You cannot use it for the penis foreskin and above all, it is wrong and unwanted to think that the foreskin is tight can be softened by any cream.
