I am having a very mild pain on my right side of stomach for past 3 days. The pain is not continuous and still mild. Till now I did not have any other problems. What would be the reason? Bowel movement and urination is normal.

Since it is mild and other functions ok you can wait and watch. It could be due to flatulence or minor infection which resolves on its own. Eat light food. If persist or gets more we need to rule out liver and gall stone cause.
