I am under treatment for getting pregnant. I am also having pcod. Tis time I took letrox from day 3to7 and humog injection on 3.5.7.and took follicle test. In btw I had fertilegyn 5000 for follicle rupture. But my follicle didn't ruptured til my last test tat was 25x20 mm with 9 mm endometeic thickness. So my doctor asked me take duphaston 10 mg once daily for 10 days. I stopped it on 16 after 8 days 2 day I got a spot of red spotting which I thought as date but after few hrs 2 I did not have any flow so did preg test tat shows neg. Is tat an implantation bleeding r periods. Pls. Do help me.

Hello. Since your follicle didn't rupture its unlikely that there is pregnancy or implantation bleeding. Its very common in pcos to have luteinised unruptured follicle .the spotting you had was because of progesterone withdrawal (as you stopped duphaston).

If pregnancy test is negative, you have to assume that this is your periods only. You can however do a serum bhcg for confirmation.
