I have bilateral tympanic membranes perforations.I do not want to undergo any surgery i.e Tympanoplasty. I am fond of swimming .How should I proceed?

Use ear plugs or a cotton ball coated with petroleum jelly while swimming and while taking a headbath. Also, surface swimming is less likely to cause problems as compared to diving and underwater swimming.
