This happens because of uncontrolled blood glucose affecting the blood supply to penile muscles. Therefore, primary requirement is to achieve a strict blood glucose control. There is nothing mentioned about glucose control (fasting, PP glucose & HbA1c%) Plus there is no mention of current medications, diet, extent of exercise,. It is essential to know how is the control.
